Dominic
from small had weight problem, all his primary and until tenth grade, where he
decided to leave that life of bulling and depression ago, and he decided to
change his body, then he started to eat moderately, a low-fat diet and the most
important he went a gym for the first time and fell in love to feel your body
change slowly. It was very difficult, because it was hard to do the exercises
for his big body and unaccustomed to routine physical muscles.
Every month Dominic took a photography for
look his advance whitch he maked with much effort for accomplish his goal, he
practiced exercise six day a week, he had 3 routine but every day he did
cardiovascular, the first was 4 exercise of breast combined with 4 of biceps
and finally forever he maked abdominal;
the second routine was 4 exercise of back combined with 4 exercises of shoulder;
and the third was 5 exercises of leg combined
with 4 exercises of triceps. This three routine was practiced two time a
week each one.
When had passed one years of began to practice exercises his changed in
your body was very noticeable, and for these his classmate of school had more respect, he wasn’t “the potatoboy”, now he was a muscle man and
he could play any sport and he had more possibility
to get a pretty girlfriend.
Dominic has a pecfect graduation because apart he had changed physically, he was very
intelligent and he graduated with honors and very safe of himself.
