The history of Dominic

Dominic from small had weight problem, all his primary and until tenth grade, where he decided to leave that life of bulling and depression ago, and he decided to change his body, then he started to eat moderately, a low-fat diet and the most important he went a gym for the first time and fell in love to feel your body change slowly. It was very difficult, because it was hard to do the exercises for his big body and unaccustomed to routine physical muscles.
 Every month Dominic took a photography for look his advance whitch he maked with much effort for accomplish his goal, he practiced exercise six day a week, he had 3 routine but every day he did cardiovascular, the first was 4 exercise of breast combined with 4 of biceps and finally forever he  maked abdominal; the second routine was 4 exercise of back combined with 4 exercises of shoulder; and the third was 5 exercises of leg combined  with 4 exercises of triceps. This three routine was practiced two time a week each one.
When had passed one years of began to practice exercises his changed in your body was very noticeable, and for these his classmate of school  had more respect, he wasn’t  “the potatoboy”, now he was a muscle man and he could play any sport  and he had more possibility to get a pretty girlfriend.

Dominic has a pecfect graduation because  apart he had changed physically, he was very intelligent and he graduated with honors and very safe of himself.

Hello apprentices !

TODAY TEACH THEM A VERY EFFICIENT ROUTINE FOR DEFINING A GOOD TRICEPS, AND BURN SOME EXTRA CALORIES AND FATS HAVE IN THE BODY, FIRST THING TO DO IS TO STRETCH THE MUSCLES VERY WELL TO WORK TO THE FULLEST, THEN WE HAMMER, 4 SETS OF 15 REPETITIONS WITH ONE BAR ON TOP OF THE HEAD, REST 1 MINUTE, THEN DO IT WITH A DUMBBELL, 4 SETS OF 12 REPETITIONS.
FUNDS WILL FINALLY TONING MUSCLE AND EXPLOIT IT IN ITS PUREST FORM.

IF THEY HAVE IN THEIR HOMES PROTEIN TO INCREASE MUSCLE MASS CAN TAKE A DAY THROUGH GLASS, TO OBTAIN GOOD RESULTS.

TODAY WE WILL HAVE A VERY ENTERTAINING AND FUNNY WORKOUT BECAUSE THE WILL WORK HARDER FOR OUR BODY MUSCLE , MUSCLE IS THAT ? ... LEGS ARE THE MOST COMPLICATED MUSCLE TO MAKE BECAUSE WE ALL HURT AND YOU DO A SACRIFICE BUT is reassuring that HAVE SOME VERY LARGE AND DEFINED LEGS .
FIRST THINGS WILL BE OUR MUSCLES STRETCH FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND FORTY WILL SQUAT BAR AND SHOULDERS ,RESTED FOR 30 SECONDS , THEN CONTINUE WITH SCISSORS AND TWO CUFFLINKS IN HAND WITH EACH LEG 40 WILL DO , THEN TAKE MINUTES DURING AN AIR . WILL FINALLY ON RELEASE 4 SERIES OF 15 REPS .

REMEMBER THAT OXYGEN FLOW TO THE BRAIN INCREASES , SO LEARNING ABILITY , CONCENTRATION, MEMORY AND ALERTNESS MAY IMPROVE CONSIDERABLY, ALSO BENEFITS THE QUALITY OF SLEEP. AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE CAN MEAN A MORE RESTFUL AND DEEP SLEEP , WHICH PROMOTES CONCENTRATION ON THE DAY , INCREASE YOUR PRODUCTIVITY AND LEADS TO BETTER MOOD, ON THE OTHER HAND HELPS IN PREVENTING COLON CANCER, AS IT ACCELERATES THE PACE WASTE THROUGH THE INTESTINES. ALSO TO REGULATE HORMONE LEVELS MAY HELP PREVENT BREAST CANCER AND PROSTATE CANCER.
